Job Description

We are presently recruiting a Site Foreman to manage the construction of a Hostel accommodation project based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading our site team to manage delivery of one of our high-quality development projects. This is a full time, permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management to the project construction team to drive high standards ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the program of works.

Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or program advantages.

Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.
