Site Foreman

1. Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers and subcontractors
2. Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions, and project timelines
3. Assist with all kinds of site work including civil, MEP, finishing, maintenance, and general labor coordination
4. Support technicians and workers in completing tasks efficiently
5. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on-site
6. Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
7. Maintain site discipline, safety, cleanliness, and work quality
8. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and management
9. Check completed work and ensure proper finishing standards
10. Report daily site progress, material requirements, and workforce updates
11. Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies
12. Be flexible and ready to handle urgent site requirements and multiple responsibilities
