Site Engineer

Job Summary (Key Responsibilities)

Site Management & Supervision: Manage the site daily, supervise and monitor site labor and subcontractors. Ensure all materials used and work performed comply with project specifications. Oversee the selection, requisition, and management of materials.

Design & Execution: Interpret and apply designs and drawings provided by the client. Execute work as per approved designs, schedule, and method statements without compromising safety or quality.

Coordination & Communication: Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, and the workforce involved in the project. Foster and maintain a professional relationship with client engineers.

Planning & Organization: Plan work and efficiently organize site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. Prepare reports and ensure adherence to safety and quality control.
