Job Description
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in technical specifications and interpretation of drawings; study of IFC drawings and contract conditions, project specification, and tender documents.
- Design review and preparation of design calculations and shop drawings.
- Coordination with the consultant, client, contractors, subcontractors, and other services for the timely execution of mechanical works.
- Attending technical coordination and progress meetings at the project site to achieve the targets set by the client and consultant for completion of the project.
- Take‑off and actual quantity calculation; submit to the head office for timely orders.
- Responsible for issuing material requests, following up with Letter of Orders in coordination with the head office and ensuring that materials are available at the site well in advance for installation.
