Site Engineer- Civil

Core Responsibility

• Execute and supervise civil construction activities at substation site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Site Execution Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works related to equipment foundations (Transformers, CT/PT, Circuit Breakers), control room building construction, cable trenches and duct banks, earth pits and earthing grid installation, boundary walls and internal roads, oil containment bunds and fire walls.
• Ensure proper excavation, backfilling, and compaction works.
• Verify levels, alignment, and layout before construction.
• Coordinate concrete pouring and curing activities.

Concrete & Structural Works

• Check reinforcement placement, spacing, and cover.
• Inspect formwork alignment and stability before pour.
• Supervise PCC, RCC, and grouting works.
