Job Description

As part of a recruitment mandate for one of our clients, we are currently seeking several professionals to support the construction of a storage depot project in Dakar, Senegal.
Bilingual French / English required (all positions).
Site Document Controller
Register and track project documents (transmittals, drawings, RFIs, NCRs, reports)
Control drawing revisions and ensure latest approved versions are used on site
Maintain master registers (MDR, drawing register, correspondence log)
Support handover and as-built documentation
Coordinate with engineering, HQ and subcontractors
Profile: 3+ years in document control (EPC/construction preferred), MS Office, EDMS (Aconex/SharePoint a plus)
