**What's the Job?**

+ Lead daily field production control and coordinate active work spaces, manpower movement, and short-interval execution across the site.
+ Transform look-ahead plans into real daily production by ensuring crews, tools, materials, and access are aligned at the work space.
+ Create visible field order, momentum, and discipline across active areas without waiting for meetings to resolve field issues.
+ Maintain seamless movement of self-perform labor and subcontractors, avoiding rework and ensuring schedule adherence.
+ Provide division leaders with reliable daily updates on blockers, progress, and crew performance to facilitate proactive recovery actions.
