Site-Based Project Surveyor Stratford

Become a vital part of London Square as a Project Surveyor based in Stratford. Collaborate on contractor management, cost assessments, and project documentation in this site-based role.
As a key member of the Commercial North team at London Square, you will report to the Commercial Manager and support the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your main responsibilities will include preparing tenders, managing contractor accounts, and reviewing drawings. This role also entails occasional travel to the head office in Uxbridge, ensuring seamless operations between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed scopes of work for projects
• Manage contractor accounts and payments
• Review and approve Site Instructions & CCF’s
• Produce valuation reports for project costs
• Drive value engineering opportunities and cost efficiency
