Site Agent Major Highways
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Company Vehicle / Car Allowance + Package
Sector: Major Highways
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee the successful delivery of major highways and infrastructure schemes across the UK. The ideal candidate will come from a Highways England (National Highways) or large-scale civil engineering background and be confident managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish.
This role requires someone willing to lodge away during the week, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered.
Key Responsibilities
·Take full ownership of day-to-day site management on major highways schemes.
·Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
·Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
