Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from planning and booking to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS
Drive transport planning, optimisation, and proactive exception management to ensure reliable service delivery
Manage vendor and stakeholder coordination across internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure operational excellence
Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability
Build strong engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to overall operational improvements
Drive performance tracking, reporting, and KPI-based insights across operations and financials
Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost, profitability, and business trends
Lead process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce friction.
