Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the culinary team maintains quality and standard of cooking while complying with health and safety standards.
  • In charge of cooking and preparation of all dishes.
  • Follow kitchen and hygiene standards.
  • Responsible for the management and progress of cooks.
  • Ensure food freshness and monitor expiries.
  • Identify hazards and address safe practices for any defects in the kitchen or equipment.
  • In charge of food ingredient ordering.
  • Capable of developing new dishes on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sichuan cuisine.
  • Able to cook typical Sichuan dishes.
  • Able to commit to 6 days of work per week.
  • A good team player.
  • Willingness to listen to feedback for improvement.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
