Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and update documentation for policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Assistance with the deployment and upkeep of the System Integration department’s projects.
- Record and track IT security incidents / support cases
- Assist with support cases analysis and investigations
- Provide first level compliance monitoring and investigations.
- Assist with cybersecurity applications/tools
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be a full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing, GPA of 3.5 and above would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
- Preference given to students with working knowledge of Network Security, TCP/IP, Linux.
