Short Break Disabled Children's Worker

We are seeking to appoint committed, creative and resilient short break carers, working in Pinewood, our residential short breaks home, alongside an enthusiastic well-established team, caring for young people aged between - years that have a range of disabilities.

As part of your role, you will be expected to carry out all aspects of personal care, administering of medication and will be committed to ensuring good strong relationships and outstanding outcomes for our children in this challenging and rewarding role. Our short breaks service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential. The Council has a strong residential/short breaks service and Pinewood are rated good by Ofsted.
