Job Description
A leading property management company is looking for a personable individual to take on the administrative duties of a London shopping centre currently undergoing a multimillion-pound redevelopment on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skillset within a fast paced and dynamic environment for a high profile client.
The role
- Assist with administrative duties on site
- Meet and greet everyone on site; whether that be contractors, customers or the client
- You will open up the office in the morning and talk to customers and the public
- You may assist with the marketing team on site when required
The candidate
- Have experience working in administration within a customer facing environment
- Communicate well with different people
- Have basic knowledge of IT
