Shopify E-commerce Executive

• Manage and maintain the Shopify website on a daily basis.
• Create, process, and track SOQs (Sales Order Quotations) through Shopify and related systems.
• Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, variants, and inventory.
• Ensure all customer orders, quotations, and special requests are accurately processed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams regarding SOQs and order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers when required.
• Optimize product pages and collections to improve sales performance.
• Identify and resolve website, inventory, or order-processing issues.
