- Support lifecycle management of shopfloor systems including MES, Historian, and integrated applications
- Enhance system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing applications
- Provide support for IT-OT integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise and shopfloor systems
- Manage and support application governance processes, including incident, problem, and change management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) to resolve system issues
