Shop Technician - Entry Level

SHOP TECHNICIAN

Abbotsford, BC

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

$20.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience.

Fraser Valley Fire Protection is hiring a Shop Technician for our Abbotsford location. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The role supports shop operations through equipment servicing, shop organization, and deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Test, inspect, service, and repair portable fire extinguishers, air cylinders, and other shop equipment.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles.
• Transport company vehicles to mechanics or other service providers for maintenance.
• Help with general shop and yard tasks as needed.
