Shop Lead - Coffee & Customer Experience Leader

At Grit Coffee , we believe that the hard work required to craft and serve great coffee is an endeavor worth pursuing. We do so with passion and joy, with the ultimate goal of sharing our excellent coffees and spaces with the communities we serve. We seek to build a diverse, vibrant and creative team of individuals that will help us strengthen our brand with their unique experience. We will train new hires on how to prepare, serve and talk about our offerings. Coffee or hospitality experience is preferred, but not necessary.
