Job Overview
As a Shop Helper, you will perform minor repairs, service all equipment, and assist technicians under the direction of the Service Supervisor. You will ensure shop tools are properly stored, maintain a clean and neat shop environment, and handle equipment washing as needed. This role provides exposure to the heavy equipment industry and offers a clear path to our Apprenticeship Program, with future opportunities as a Parts Person or Heavy Equipment Technician.
