As a Foreman, you’ll lead a field crew in installing, removing, and servicing temporary fencing projects. You’ll coach and support your team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work outdoors and represent the company directly at customer sites.
What You’ll Do
Lead and assign daily tasks to crew members
Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback
Work alongside the team on installs, removals, and site prep
Ensure projects meet safety standards, specs, and deadlines
Meet clients onsite to review job details and expectations
Complete job reports, inventory logs, and site checklists
