Job Description
Main Purpose of the Position
How You Will Make an Impact: Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counter Sales – ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Warehouse – stock receiving, dispatching, picking off stock, stock takes.
- Colour Matching.
- Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Health and Safety.
- Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
- Stock deliveries to customers.
What You Bring
- Minimum of Grade 12.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
