Shop Assistant 

• Hours: 22.5 hours per week (part time)
• Location: Princes Risborough Shop, HP27 0AN
• Salary: £24,784.50 per annum (pro rata)
• Closing date: Sunday 12 July 2026 at 12 noon
• Interview date: TBC

​The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead shop volunteers.

What you'll do:

✅ Effectively and efficiently operating the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.

✅ Maximising sales and profitability of the shop.

✅ Engaging and motivating the team of shop volunteers.

✅ Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.

✅ Overseeing the daily running of the shop on the Manager’s days off.
