The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all activities related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow within the reception and logistics functions. This role supports timely distribution of materials and samples to internal departments while maintaining compliance with established protocols and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Receive, verify, and track all incoming materials, supplies, and samples, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.

Establish and maintain shipping and receiving protocols, including proper electronic and written documentation in compliance with SOPs and ISO standards.

Coordinate the flow of incoming products and samples to appropriate departments, supporting operational timelines and priorities.
