Shipping Operations Officer - Entry at Fortescue

Full‑time on‑site role in Singapore within Fortescue Steel, focusing on shipping operations and vessel management.

• Send voyage instructions and manage agency appointments.
• Monitor vessel ETAs, update IMOS, and oversee freight payments, LOI, and post‑fixture matters.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department on vessel updates, requirements, and disputes.
• Facilitate vessel scheduling at load‑port and coordinate with the scheduling/chartering team to maximize Port Hedland berth occupancy.
• Maintain data accuracy in IMOS, SEDNA, and LOI systems.
• Calculate laytime settlements with marketing and final freight settlements with owners.
• Provide review and feedback to management on external vendor services and experience.
• Ensure accurate P&L reporting for operated vessels.
• Work in line with Fortescue Values.
