We are partnered with an established shipping company operating within the UAE's Free Zone framework, with offices in both Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai.

We are seeking two (2) Shipping & Chartering Admin Executives — one per location — to join the client's team on a flexible working arrangement .

Candidates may choose between:

• Part-Time: 2 days per week in-office
• Full-Time: 5 days per week in-office, working half-days

This role carries significant legal responsibility . The successful candidate will serve as an authorised representative of the company , executing and signing commercial shipping agreements, charter party contracts, and related maritime documentation on the company's behalf.
