Silversea. is looking for a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller based in Cataluña, Spain. This pivotal role involves overseeing the sanitation and hygiene compliance across all shipboard food and beverage production and services. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams ensuring that health standards are met across the board.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in cruise or luxury hospitality, focusing on public health inspections, and possess strong leadership skills. Qualifications also include a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in relevant business software.
