* Minimum 5 Years; experience in a Paper & Pulp /
   Manufacturing OR FMCG Industry
* B-Tech Degree & Supervisory Development program - An
   Advantage, but not Mandatory

Responsibilities:
* Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
* Ensure smooth operations & Production Processes during
   assigned Shifts
* Oversee Maintenance activities & Troubleshoot any Technical
   issues
* Coordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow &
   efficiency
* Willing to work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if
