Job Description

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role within our management structure. Acting as a frontline leader, you will set direction, motivate your team, and ensure operational performance consistently meets the highest standards in line with customer expectations.

Role Overview

Key responsibilities

  • To support and maintain a safe working environment; manage identified risks; monitor and intervene in real time; ensure direct reports are afforded adequate facilities to deliver good safety standards.
  • Maximising the productivity levels, customer service and eliminate avoidable operational delays.
  • Taking an active role in pre-shift and pre-operational briefing and planning meetings.
  • Participate in pre and post operational briefings compiling relevant reports and issue lists to promote continuous improvement.
