Job Description and Responsibilities

• Schedule, provide direction, coordinate, train, and lead crew to achieve or exceed planned safety, production, quality, and recovery targets while minimizing costs.
• Drive results by optimizing operations to increase productivity and improve yield, first pass yield, setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of the safety, health, environmental, and quality programs.
• Plan, align, and direct daily production activities to meet daily production requirements and the monthly shipping plan.
• Make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety of the employees.
