MISSION
Achieve the established production and quality goals for the shifts assigned by applying and efficiently organizing and distributing the work within a production team of several workers
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare equipment and workplaces and assign the operators to the various job positions depending on their technical knowledge and skills. Distribute and monitor the teamwork, as well as providing the necessary support for the correction of possible deviations. Train/coach new team leader/operator if Team Leader does not exist in the area and perform layered flash audit. Ensure OHSE policies and procedures are followed in the area of responsibility.
