We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join one of our clients in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience supervising operations in a heavy vehicle maintenance workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, high‑quality maintenance standards, and compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of heavy vehicles are completed on time.
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor job progress to achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping within the workshop.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely availability of vehicles for operations.
