Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Control & Monitoring
Monitor production processes and report deviations or abnormalities during shifts.
Record temperatures of incoming raw materials, including meat, blood, and feathers.
Measure and record pH levels of raw materials received.
Collect and test product samples hourly during production.
Record bag temperatures hourly and communicate results to the production team.
Complete Product Release Forms for every batch produced and ensure no batch is released without the required documentation.
Report feather meal moisture levels immediately after batch discharge.
Conduct sieve inspections and complete inspection records.
Perform odour control checks and maintain related documentation.
Conduct effluent water analysis and record findings.
