Overview
You will support Warehouse and Driving teams, ensure compliance and high service standards, and help recruit, onboard, and train new colleagues to set them up for success and deliver great customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations of the Customer Delivery Centre (CDC).
- Ensuring every delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Supporting the Customer Delivery Manager in building strong customer relationships.
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver their best work.
- Managing compliance for vehicles, trailers, and driver regulations.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.
