We are looking for a strong technical leader who can oversee on-site engineering teams, deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, and uphold high standards of health and safety, statutory compliance, and service delivery throughout all shift operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day engineering and building operations during the shift Ensure PPM and reactive works are completed efficiently and to required standards Monitor plant performance including HV/LV, HVAC, BMS, and critical systems Supervise engineers and technicians, allocating tasks based on priority and skillset Ensure all works comply with ISS, client, and industry best practice standards Enforce safe systems of work, including RAMS and Permit-to-Work procedures Liaise with client representatives to manage operational issues, risks, and opportunities Provide guidance, coaching, and p...
