ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

+ Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members

+ Support the training of crew members as requested

+ Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful

+ Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
