Job Summary and Description: The TD MDE Shift Engineer is responsible for robust shift-level operations that support TD work you're doing. This role acts as the critical bridge between real-time shift execution and TD strategic objectives, translating priorities into actionable plans that ensure process stability, yield protection and operational excellence. The Shift Engineer coordinate directly with TD 1st Shift team members, HVM Shift Ops Team and multi-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safety & Quality: Finishes the required safety training and adheres to safety and regulatory policies
