Job Description
A manufacturing company in Hammanskraal is seeking a SHEQ manager with specific welding experience.
The SHEQ Manager is accountable for the integrated management of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) functions across all facilities. The role is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining a compliant and effective ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; ensuring rigorous quality control over all steel manufacturing processes — with particular emphasis on welding and galvanising; and providing full oversight of the occupational health and safety function across two manufacturing facilities and one Head Office in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993.
The SHEQ Manager replaces and subsumes the functions previously held by the Quality Manager and has full line management responsibility for the Safety Officers.
