生管主管/專員

1. 主導全廠中長期生產計畫的制定與滾動調整。

 (Lead the formulation and rolling adjustment of the factory's mid-to-long-term production plans.) 

 2. 評估工廠總體產能與設備負荷，控管成品與半成品（WIP）的合理庫存水位。

 (Evaluate overall factory capacity and equipment load, controlling reasonable inventory levels of finished goods and Work-in-Process (WIP).) 

 3. 召開產銷協調會議，統籌調度生管、採購、現場與業務端，確保出貨目標達標。

 (Convene production-sales coordination meetings to comprehensively dispatch production control, purchasing, on-site, and sales teams to ensure delivery targets are met.)
