Job Description
We are recruiting for a Shawarma Chef (Seasonal) to join our culinary team for a high-profile hospitality activation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about authentic Middle Eastern cuisine and have proven experience preparing premium-quality shawarma in a fast-paced, high-volume outdoor kitchen.
This is a Seasonal role for approximately 45 days from 15 July 2026 - 30 August 2026.
The role is based in Saudi Arabia, and all flights, visa, accommodation, travel will be paid for.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook chicken, beef, and lamb shawarma according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Marinate, season, stack, and operate shawarma rotisserie equipment using proper cooking techniques.
