SG Hardware - Analog Intern

We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed‑signal circuits in our compute‑in‑memory architecture. This role offers hands‑on experience in advanced silicon design.

• Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
• Perform transistor‑level simulations using industry‑standard tools
• Support silicon validation, test chip bring‑up, and performance measurements
• Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
• Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
