Job Description
The group you'll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The impact you'll make The main function of this role is to drive performance excellence of Lam's Installed Base equipment in customer fabs by combining applied productivity engagement with advanced data science. The incumbent will understand Installed Base performance issues and opportunities related to fleet matching, drifting, and excursions, and leverage Lam Equipment Intelligence (EI) products to perform big data analysis that guides root-cause investigation and troubleshooting for Field Service & Process Engineers.
