The Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support. Managing essential office tasks, coordinating logistics activities, and providing comprehensive support to the team.

• Supervise the consolidation of multiple LCL shipments into a full container for export or deconsolidation of inbound shipments.
• Plan and optimize container loads to maximize space utilization and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with CFS, warehouses, and carriers for smooth cargo flow.
• Oversee the movement of LCL cargo through gateway hubs.
• Monitor transshipment activities and ensure timely connections.
• Work closely with other branches, network offices, and carriers to manage global LCL routes.
