Summary This position is located at the Brigade (BDE) and Wing level in an IRC funded position. Located in Fort Worth, TX. Serves as the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate (VA) as the primary SAPR program victim assistance resource at the installation for all supported tenant commands in high concentration areas. Texas is one of 9 states with NO state income tax. Responsibilities As a SEXUAL ASSAULT PREVENTION RESPONSE VICTIM ADVOCATE (SAPR VA) (TITLE 5) with the Texas National Guard, your duties will include, but will not be limited to: Perform essential victim service, advocacy, and support duties; provide a non-clinical response that is trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented, and without prejudice to adult victims of sexual assault.
