About the Role
Working as part of an experienced production team, you'll be involved in the manufacturing of premium footwear using specialist sewing techniques. You'll receive hands-on training while contributing to the production of high-quality Australian-made products.

What We're Looking For

Plain machine or overlocking experience is preferred but not essential

A willingness to learn and develop new skills

Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work independently and within a team

Good time management and organisational skills

Flexible and willing to move between different production tasks

Excellent communication skills

An interest in fashion, footwear, textiles or craftsmanship is highly regarded
