Job Description
Join McMaster University's Anthropology Department as a Sessional Faculty for Winter 2027, teaching the impactful course, Anthropology 3AS3 on Archaeology and Society. Inspire a diverse cohort of students in a vital academic area.
This position requires candidates with a Ph.D. in Anthropology or a related field, preferably with experience teaching at the undergraduate level. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to equity and diversity while engaging a class size of 40 during the semester. Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach weekly lectures for Anthropology 3AS3
