Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.).
- Own and drive complex techno‑functional initiatives from requirements to implementation.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, governance, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and developers to ensure technical alignment and delivery.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
