ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Solutions Architect
to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale platform solutions. This position will play a key role in assessing existing enterprise applications and defining how the ServiceNow platform can integrate with or modernise current systems and processes.
The successful candidate will combine
strong technical architecture capability with business understanding
, enabling them to translate organisational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Experience across key modules such as
IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
is essential. Exposure to
Public Sector Digital Services environments
will be highly advantageous.
