Job Description

CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for a client’s Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. This remote contract position will lead end-to-end ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) implementations, perform current-state assessments, evaluate data quality, and deliver strategic recommendations to optimize SAM capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow SAM Pro, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to serve as a client-facing technical leader while mentoring development teams.
