Job Description
The ServiceNow Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from planning and execution to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams (devs, BAs, clients) to implement new features, upgrades, or integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing scope/budget/risks, and ensuring quality delivery using Agile/PMP methodologies, while serving as a key liaison for stakeholders and leadership.
