ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Manager, ServiceNow platform developer (Individual Contributor) is responsible for design, code and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform. The role also handles tasks like architectural changes, integrations, new modules implementations and overall platform optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change...
